1. What does this Warranty Policy cover?
• It covers any defects in workmanship (example: fading, cracking, discoloration, and flaking) under normal use
• All painting, staining, and surface covering must be done with the paint brand and type of paint we specify to have a valid warranty.
2. What will we do to correct problems?
• We will come out and take care of whatever the issue is at no cost to you. As long as the product is still under warranty.
3. How long does the coverage last?
• Interior painting/staining is guaranteed for 5 years.
• Exterior painting/staining is guaranteed for 2 years.
• Wall repairs are guaranteed for 3 years.
• Garage floor epoxy is guaranteed for 3 years.
4. What does this Warranty Policy not cover?
• Damage resulting from negligence
• Damage caused by anything other than normal use. This includes but it's not limited to, repeated spills on walls, scrubbing walls with heavy duty cleaner, and dropping heavy objects on garage floor epoxy.
5. How to get repair done through your warranty.
• Just contact us and have your receipt with the date of service on it and this warranty available.
